We also aim to promote the awareness of HIV/AIDS in Papua New Guinea by working closely with BAHA in all our contracts and projects, helping to protect Papua New Guinea's most important resource, its people.

Global Constructions is committed to safe work practices. In the middle of 2009 the company engaged an external consultant to evaluate the company’s current scheme and to introduce, where required, the necessary practices and procedures.

By the end of the year, Global Constructions will have the safety recommendations in place. The company aims to be a leader in all facets of its operations, most importantly the health, safety and wellbeing of both its employees and the general public.
