Global Constructions was established in Mendi, Southern Highlands Province, Papua New Guinea in 1993 by prominent businessman Mr. Francis Awesa.

Global Constructions has undergone a rapid expansion to become a major civil constructions contractor for a wide range of civil services throughout Papua New Guinea.

The company now owns and operates over 300 items of plant ranging in heavy earthworks and quarry operations, to bitumen chip sealing applications.

Over the years, the company has built a solid reputation for providing quality, timely workmanship and pioneering the application of innovative technologies in an ever changing and demanding environment. The company has grown to become one of the major, locally owned, construction companies in Papua New Guinea.
